As all Club Secretaries have been briefed in all League policies and have a copy of the League Handbook, the League requests that all queries by managers are addressed to respective Club Secretaries in the first instance.

Those queries that cannot be resolved at this level must be referred to the League Secretary (Dave Jackson) by the Club Secretary in line with League Policy. At no time should managers contact the League Direct.

Home Games:

During week prior to match

• EARLY in week prior to match, contact:
• Opponents confirming competition, venue, kick off time and colours
• Referee confirming competition, venue, and kick off time
• ANY FIXTURES/PITCH or REFEREE CHANGES WILL BE PUBLISHED ON WEBSITE

Match Day

• Provide corner flags and net pegs
• Provide suitable Match Ball and Assistant Referee Flags to Referee
• A suitable first-aid kit should be provided

After Match

• Pay Referee
• Text: Results to Mobile 07848 45633 or email fixtures@brightonleague.co.uk Complete Match Return Card on line www.brightonleague.co.uk Logging and Password codes have been sent to all Club Secretaries
• In addition, If SCFA (Sussex Junior or Intermediate Cups) or Brighton,Hove, Worthing ; District FA competition (Vernon Wentworth, Worthing Cup or Brighton Challenge Shield), complete appropriate Match Return Card and forward to SCFA or Brighton, Hove,Worthing District FA.

Away Games:

Match Day

• A suitable first-aid kit should be provided

After Match

• In ALL CUP matches, TEXT result to 07848456333 or email fixtures@brightonleague.co.uk by 6.30 pm (Midweek by 9.30pm)
• Complete Match Return Card on line www.brightonleague.co.uk In addition, if SCFA (Sussex Junior or Intermediate Cups) or Brighton, Worthing Hove District FA competition (Vernon Wentworth,  Worthing Cup or Brighton Challenge Shield), complete appropriate Match Return Card and forward to SCFA or Brighton, Worthing  District FA.
